Custom Orders
Sometimes the store has the style hat you want, but not the colors you would prefer. Sometimes the style and colors are perfect, but the hat is a little too small or too large. In that case, let’s talk. You might want to place a custom order. While the hats and mittens are one-of-a-kind I often have or can find the colors you want in a different set of sweaters. As long as you choose a style I already make, I am happy to make a hat or mittens just for you. There is an additional charge for custom orders.

We will talk about which hat or mitten style you would like and what colors you would like to have. I will need to know your name, address, email address and phone number. I tell you approximately when I expect to finish the item(s). I notify you when the item(s) are done. We will then arrange for delivery and payment of the balance due.
Pricing:
There is a 50% deposit on all custom orders.
Payment may be made in cash, check or credit card. I do not accept Venmo or Bitcoin.
If you choose the style of hat or mitten I already make and allow me to make color and other artistic choices after talking with you, then there is a small fee of $10 added to the regular price of the hat or mittens.
If you would like to be directly involved in the design of the hat or mittens by working with me in the studio to select colors, the lining, textures, embellishments (flowers, leaves, buttons, beads, adjusting ribbon, leather for the palms of mittens), then there is a $25 fee

Make an appointment to pick up your item(s) in my studio at Aston Mills Arts, in Aston, PA.
If you live within a 15 minute drive of Media, PA, I am happy to deliver the item(s) to you at no cost.
